127 Stock Car (Circa 1910-18) | |||||||||||||||
The stock car above and below are both the early litho version with lithographed roof. The version above is from 1910-11 with a flat frame and hook couplers on T-Trucks. The version below is probably from 1913-14 with an embossed frame and automatic couplers on High Marklin trucks. Note similarities to 60 series Stock Circa 1910-11, this example has a painted red roof.
Above Circa 1913 - unusual painted door. The example below has trucks that are also painted green.
Circa 1914-1915, Similar to 60 series stock car from same period. Note the different lettering on the example below.
The example below has a little different lettering than either example above, it also has a painted green/red roof that is usually found on the hand painted box car.
