Circa 1908 to 1909 - litho frame, the best way to recognize this tender is from the coupler, it's small tin hook coupler as seen below. Earlier tenders would have the loop coupler while later ones have a large hook coupler.

Unusual tender? Not sure if this tender was intended to be this color (gray) or if this was just the base coat.
