Ives took a No. 11 and added a coal pile in 1929 and called it a No. 12. The example above is from 1930 as it has the Ives Decal.

Here's one from 1929, there is no decal with faint rubber stamped lettering "N.Y.C & H.R." sometimes they have the smaller American Flyer wheels and the No. 11 is painted out on the back.
