No 3200    (Circa 1910-11)
color on insert is brighter green

Not cataloged in 1910, some claim this earliest variation was available in 1910, may have been but it was not cataloged until 1911 and neither the 1911 or 1912 catalogs show a picture of this locomotive. What differentiates this from later 3200s is the open framed, small disc wheels. Catalog always listed this engine as "double geared" but single gear variations exist. Also note the larger picture shows the engine in dull olive green, the insert shows the engine in bright almost pea green.

Just to be different here's one with green pilots.

Should this have smaller tin drivers??

Odd variation, casting is definitely from the earliest period but the drive wheels would appear to be a couple years later. Below is another 3200 with the earlier casting (no skirts) but a later motor with cast iron wheels.

This one is in black and the trim, including the roof is a mustard color. we're not sure about the mustard color but the black appears to be original.

Bottom view of early 3200 showing motor and double geared wheels, some examples only had a single geared wheel
