Probably 1910 with shellacked trucks and painted green frame.

Circa 1910-1911 - This car should have a lithographed roof but other early features include non-embossed frame, shellacked T-Trucks, hook couplers and inside door frames. 

Circa 1912 - Litho roof with inside door frames, non-embossed frame, T-Trucks and hook couplers.

This car came with a set of freight cars from 1913, it's unusual with it's yellow litho, painted roof, inside sliding door and non-embossed frame.
