Circa 1928-1930 -Yellow Lionel bodied tank on type D, M-style trucks. The example above and below are the same except the one above has blank plates, probably indicating early production. 

The 122 tank above would be 100% Lionel except for the brass plates and the paint color. The frame is a Lionel 800 series with Lionel latch couplers.
