Note 8 spoke drive tin wheels (screwed on) - motor marked 1915. Note additional piping detail on boiler, unusual clockwork with rivet detail and screw on key. Hard to explain this variation different than previous No. 2 , below is flip side of same locomotive. This one was marked 1916, tender might be earlier, FE No. 2 tender marked Ives No. 1
The motor is stamped 1915 over 1914. This looks more like a No. 3 with cast wheels.
