RED number plates, smooth straight boiler, 0-4-0 wheel arrangement, 3 boiler bands. The one above and at the bottom are only 6 1/4 inches long. The example directly below is the later LONG no. 11. Apparently Ives figured out it was cheaper to just use the same casting for the No. 11 as the No. 17.
