Never cataloged, never documented - but this is a No. 1513 stock car. If there's another one we've yet to hear of it.

Compare two Lionel production box cars, the one above is early or 1931 with the deep blue roof and brown door. The example below is later (1932) with a cadet blue roof and yellow/brown door.

We believe this was done by Lionel to sell after 1932, they put the Sunoco decal over the Ives name

Caboose on top is 1931 with smooth cupola roof, one on bottom is 1932 with embossed cupola roof.

This one is a curiosity, it's just a frame stamped 1676, Ives/Lionel never cataloged any freight car with this number??
