Again we believe this is a 1929 variation, also note the 1929 freight boxes on either side actual number was left blank and filled in at the factory after the car was placed in it.Below is the original box for a 1930 199.

Picture shows all three IVES derricks from the back, the one on the right is the 1779 car made in 1931.  Below is a better picture of the rear of the late 1779 crane
