Lionel Production Passenger Cars  (1931-1932)

Circa 1932 - First introduced as IVES cars these came with the 1764E in 1932. These same cars were used with Lionel Plates in several Lionel sets during the middle and late 1930s.

Circa 1931-32 - Right out of the Lionel line, the only difference was the decal across the top and a white IVES label on the bottom of the car.

Circa 1931-32 - IVES No. 339 Pullman Car.

Circa 1932-1932 - IVES No. 341 Observation.

Circa 1933 - Talk about strange. This car was originally rubber stamped Lionel. It was then decaled for the IVES RAILWAY LINES and over that was placed this unusual Lionel decal.

The bottom of the above car is just as unique as it has an orange Lionel label covering a while IVES label which covers a Lionel lubrication label.

Circa 1931 - These light green Lionel bodied cars were cataloged in 1931 only and only as a three car set the only way you could get the Dining Car above was through separate sale.
